How long will it take for us to receive our photographs?
I do pride myself on providing the best quality photographs and processing for all of my clients, so typically it will be 3-4 weeks for your online gallery. This may be longer during the busy summer period and may be up to 8 weeks.

Can we meet you before the big day?
Usually yes of course! But with the current situation I am moving towards an online approach using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. This is a great way to get to know me, my photography my style and to get to know you 2 as a couple! I get on well with everyone and so far everyone I have met has booked me!

Our wedding is far away, are you able to travel?
Of course. Photographing a Wedding is a long day so I will need to book a hotel if your Wedding is a long drive away. This is generally only needed for the Diamond and Platinum packages as these include Late Night Finishes.

Are you insured?
Yes. I am insured by PolicyBee so all of my equipment is fully insured and I am covered with Public Liability Insurance & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Do we need to provide you with a meal?
Yes ideally. Photographing a Wedding is a long day! It would be great to have your venue to supply a "supplier meal" for myself and any other member or the photography team.
What about formal photographs?
These are a very important part of the day. I have found that every client is different and want different types of pictures. So before your Wedding I ask if you could send me over a shot list of the formal shots you would like.

How long do you stay for?
I will start my day during bridal prep (around 2-3 hours before the ceremony). How late I stay depends on the package you have selected. If you have selected the Gold package I will usually stay a few dances after your first dance as a married couple. For the Platinum and Diamond Package I stay Late Into The Night, I capture all the moments from the party when things really start to liven up!

How much is the Booking Fee and how can I pay?
I am fortunate enough to be able to offer a range of payment options to make your Wedding Photography more affordable. You can select to pay a 30% booking fee and the rest 1 calendar month before. My most popular payment method is 20% booking fee with the rest split over monthly direct debit payments. I have been accepted as an Authorised Representative of Kandoo Finance so I am able to offer the option to pay in full through financing (subject to status).
